When the new pup, Bandit, arrived in June we weren’t sure what to expect from our terrier, Wolfie. After all, he had been the only dog for his entire almost two years of life, and he was ridiculously spoiled by my husband. To our shock and amazement the two have become inseparable friends. Sometimes I’m allowed to capture the more intimate moments of their friendship.

My youngest son, Noah, and I were hiking one afternoon when we came upon this path. He commented, “It looks like the road to nowhere”. I had to agree.
Magnus seems to be especially fond of our youngest daughter, Madison. If she sits still long enough, he’s usually at her side.
One of Magnus’ favorite hide outs…the old buffet. The latch on the 100-year-old cabinet no longer works, and he discovered the perfect place to nap.
Nothing makes one feel so small as looking up at a tree.

I know I just got started, but it’s my goal for the rest of 2011 to post at least one of my photographs every day. I want to get my work seen and this seems like the perfect opportunity!
